About Us

Firm Story

Arizona DUI Guys was founded on a simple idea: people accused of DUI in Arizona deserve the same quality of legal defense that high-dollar corporate clients get in business litigation. Our attorneys built their careers in some of Arizona’s most respected trial firms, handling complex, high-stakes litigation at the highest level. When we turned our attention to DUI defense, we brought that same rigor, preparation, and courtroom skill with us.

We opened this practice because we saw a gap in the market. On one end, you have large-volume DUI firms that process cases like an assembly line. On the other end, you have solo practitioners who may be passionate but lack the litigation infrastructure and experience to fight the tough cases. We wanted to be the firm in the middle: selective enough to give every case real attention, and experienced enough to handle whatever the prosecution throws at it.

Our office is at 3101 N Central Avenue, Suite 165, in Phoenix—centrally located and minutes from Phoenix Municipal Court, Maricopa County Superior Court, and the 4th Avenue Jail. We chose 3101 N Central Avenue because that is where a high volume of DUI cases are processed and where our clients need us most. From here, we defend DUI cases across the entire valley: Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and every community in between. Our attorneys have deep personal roots in the East Valley and years of familiarity with those courts, so whether your case is filed downtown or in a suburban municipal court, we are familiar with the terrain.

Why We Are Different

We do not advertise on bus benches or billboards. We do not promise outcomes we cannot deliver. We do not take every case that walks through the door. What we do is take on cases where we believe we can make a real difference, prepare them thoroughly, and fight for the best possible result with the skills and experience that come from years of serious trial work.

Every DUI case at Arizona DUI Guys is handled by an attorney, not a paralegal, from intake through resolution. You will have your attorney’s direct line. You will get updates without having to chase anyone down. And you will get honest assessments, not just what you want to hear. If a case has strong defenses, we will tell you. If the best move is a negotiated resolution, we will tell you that too. Our job is to protect your interests, and that starts with giving you the information you need to make good decisions.
